How to wakeup early morning

Good morning wakeup earlyWaking up early in the morning is a very tedious process to many of us these days because of late to bed,tension, stress, tv etc. We have many reasons.

I will tell you the best resins wht you should wake up early and it’s necessity and a working formula to get up early.

Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise..

What is the early morning?

Morning 4.00am to 5.00am is considered the early morning. This is a very auspicious time of a day . As per science it’s the time when your brain is active to a very high extend in the day. The one who wakes up at this time is benefited with high concentration, new fresh thoughts and is away from laziness throughout the day. This is the reason poets and many authors rise early . Hence they get good concentration and ideas. Students who wake up at this early morning time can study quick than others rising at 7.00am as concentration power is high this time.

So what can I do to wake up early?

There are three things you need to do to get up at 5.00am.

They are,

Set alarm at 4.30am to get up at 5.00am

We need to set up alarm at 4.30 and 4.50am. so that we will get our mind ready that in fees mins we need to get up and enjoy the few mins till it’s 5.00am and relax. So that when we get up at 4.50 alarm we will be able to get up. One time alarm in morning won’t work for many as we go to restroom the come back to bed and we ll never get up again. So if we set up concurrently two alarms we can be easily able to get up for sure.

Place alarm away from bed:

You need to place the alarm away from bed like in a study table in the room or somewhere near to the room. Make sure you set in in a near audible place. This we need to do so that when the alarm rings we are forced to get up and walk to get the alarm off. This fews steps walk towards the alarm is enough to make us leave the bed . Thus we are awake now.

Create a to-do list before day:

Creating a list before bedtime will make us use our next day early mornings efficiently. Plan the time from 5.00am to 9.00am . Have a list on what works we need to do. Like 5.00am to 6.00am walk, after that make some tea after that tennis or gardening etc. Students can have the book that they are weak in as at this time is proven to boost your concentration.

Early mornings have the pleasant time and fresh breeze.. Enjoy the nature at it’s best at early mornings. seeing the sunrise and doing yoga or having a cup of coffee with newspaper are the best for a good start of the day isn’t it? So come let’s enjoy our life with the beautiful nature.
